Jaro has directed, produced, shot, and edited episodic television and other content for networks like PBS, MTV, FOX, Oxygen, TLC, CBS, ABC, and overseas networks like BBC and ARTE, as well as Microsoft, 7-11, EF, Habitat for Humanity, the Seattle Art Museum, and the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum.

His network broadcast television credits include over 40 hours of programming. 

When not working in entertainment, he can usually be found sleeping on the floor after long hours of painting portraits of composers, scientists, and John McEnroe.
